Remember Sonny "Enos" Shroyer?, from Dukes Of Hazzard?. He left in 1980 for an ill fated Spinoff based on his character Enos. He returned for the 1982 season of Dukes and released this 45 "Back In Hazzard". Here he is in an appearance on Pop Goes The Country Club in 1982. Wondering who the lady is ?. None other than Jim "Know Whut I Mean Vern" Varney.

Jim Reeves - Impersonations

A Different Side of Jim Reeves Than You've Heard. From the "Jim Reeves Live On Stage" LP from 1969. This Was a UK Album Release on RCA. This album that you're getting set to enjoy was recorded on stage, live and in the rain at a small park in Pennsylvania. But no date given what year the concert was, I'm assuming 1961 or 1962 since the newest song on the LP is "The Blizzard" released in 1961. H...

Cw mc call is true country music and he is legendary
love the "Jersey Boy!"❤
No Roni?
Wow what a voice!
You got to know what you know
He says how every year playing the guitar with his foot is getting harder and harder to do. Yeah, poor old geezer. He's way up there at age 31.
Good country
Hey, y’all just got back from my vacation. How y’all doing?
Nat’s beard looked good I’m glad he kept it
Nat stuckey was good
He was good
Let me tell you Nat was a part of Texas singer
His story is so fantastic. Trading 2 chickens for his banjo at age 12 with a musical family and grandpa jones and friends. I can just imagine their back/front yard gatherings. Just fantastic taste of true Americana. Just love it!
I always felt sorry for ol' Archie Campbell. He was such a good sport, though! I think this is from The Porter Waggoner Show.
One of the best ever, of all time. Genius.
I know him best for his narration of Space Quest IV and 6. I don't believe in astrology. I'm a Sagittarius and we're skeptical.
I’d go up town and grab 5:01 a Pepsi out of the machine at the Mobil station then back to the little home I grew up in. In the basement I’d tune in WWL and do my homework in jr college. King Edward cigars and the truckers weather on the interstates and Buck Owen Tiger by the tail and me made straight A’s 😆
He was one guitarist that really didnt care, he even showed the audience how he does some his little tricks
Beautiful song but so sad. Only Jerry could have done it justice with his soft and awesome voice. There was nothing that he couldn’t sing. Miss him so much. Sing for God and the Angles now sweet Jerry. Always love and remember you. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Everything in your home and your office, including your vehicle and all the food in your refrigerator was brought to you by a truck truckers are the backbone of this nation
and now you wonder why it is getting warmer every year. ordering more refrigatores is the solution??
I can remember watching all those great country music shows as a kid. That was country music back then. This so called country music today isn’t worth listening to.
Sheb Wooley deserved to be a bigger star!
Amazing Song ❤
A movie must be made of this great performer!
100%. Yes!
Was just listening to coke cola cowboy yesterday. First time ever seeing this clip. It really shows his talent. Awesome 😎
I heard this song in my teen years and then later on I read about a cult that took over a town and this cult did exactly like the hippies did in CW McCall's song. Google "Rajneeshpuram" and you can read all about it.
notice the change of lyrics on Hee Haw, because of regulations i presume
06/06/24: I actually woke up humming this song, yesterday a.m. Then found it on Utub last p.m.Now, it appears again. MESSAGE FROM BEYOND?? Not sure. But as retired trucker, maybe just early onset dementia.😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅!
It’s the 6th of June today
Porter’s show always had great sound. No exception here.
Ruby was a hooker
String and Grandpa Jones was so showmen
I'm a Roy Clark fan now.
Ohh billy this song is aesome
This song gets to me billy❤❤❤
The rich got richer? Tom, it’s called the 8th wonder of the world as Einstein called it. He who understands it , earns it. He who doesn’t , pays it.
Hi billy im dorrina i love your music
Ohh i love this song❤
The fact that Floyd Cramer was more than able to hold his own against “Boots” Randolph and Chet Atkins speaks volumes about his ability, talent and skill.
Loved the Hinsons! Still breaks my heart that Kenny was taken so early. He was an awesome singer and preacher. 💔
Should have, would have, could have been a much bigger star. Great song writer. This song sums it up. Not alcohol, but nicotine was his addiction. So sad.
God bless you stringbean. Best banjo picker ever. No one today can pick a banjo like you
I grew up on Roy and the Hee Haw gang
What a fantastic song!!! The best version in my opinion. Although Roger Millers version does come close. The guitar sounded great as well. I’d like to learn this song on the guitar. It has some different chords in it. Again a great song sung very well.
Homer and Jethro's version is funnier!😂
Beautiful song
Thank you string
